中国人群中 DC-SIGN 和 DC-SIGNR 颈区重复序列多态性与鼻咽癌风险的相关性

目的:评估树突状细胞特异性细胞间粘附分子-3 捕获非整合素(dendritic cell-specifc intercellular adhesion molecule-3 grabbing nonintegrinDC-SIGN)和突状细胞特异性细胞间粘附分子-3 捕获非整合素相关分子dendritic cell-specifc intercellular adhesion molecule-3 grabbing nonintegrin-relatedDC-SIGNR颈区重复序列多态性与鼻咽癌发病风险的潜在联系。
方法:抽取 477 例 NPC 患者(观察组)和 561 例健康人(健康对照组)外周血进行 DC-SIGN 和 DC-SIGNR 颈区重复序列基因型和等位基因型检测。
结果:DC-SIGN 颈区各重复序列基因型和等位基因型频率在观察组和健康对照组中差别无显著的统计学意义,而观察组的 DC-SIGNR  颈区的 个重复序列基因型频率显著高于健康对照组OR 1.339, 95% CI 1.018–1.760, =0.037。在进行性别、年龄、有无吸烟史和 EB 病毒壳抗原抗体是否阳性进行匹配校正后,DC-SIGNR 9 个重复序列基因型仍与 NPC 发病风险保持显著的相关性(OR 1.625, 95% CI 1.134–2.329, =0.0082)。
结论:我们研究结果显示 DC-SIGN 颈区重复序列多态性可能与 NPC 发病风险无关,而 DC-SIGNR 颈区 个重复序列可能与 NPC 发病风险增高有关。
