1064nm Nd:YAG激光三种治疗模式联合治疗黄褐斑:一项回顾性观察性研究

目的

黄褐斑是一种慢性、高复发率的色素沉着性疾病,目前治疗方式繁多,部分患者对长期口服药物治疗耐受性低,激光作为治疗方式之一提供了一种非侵入性和便捷的治疗手段,但是单一的低能量Q开关1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗复发率高,疗效不确切,为探索激光治疗的优化方案,本文通过回顾性观察探讨低能量Q开关1064nm Nd:YAG激光、Q开关1064nm Nd:YAG激光点阵模式及长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光三者联合治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。

患者和方法

这项回顾性观察性研究纳入了43名临床诊断为黄褐斑的患者,所有患者均接受了1064 nm Nd:YAG激光三种治疗模式联合治疗的治疗方案,每位患者总共接受了三次治疗。临床改善通过基线及每次治疗后一个月的MASI进行评估。在整个治疗过程中记录相关不良反应,患者在治疗后随访12个月,以评估复发率和满意度。

结果

MASI评分在末次治疗后与基线相比显著下降[13.50(8.40-19.10) vs 5.86±3.38,p< 0.001]。在12个月随访记录中,复发率为18.60%,患者满意度为72.10%。6.97%的患者出现炎症后色素沉着,46.51%出现暂时性红斑或水肿,所有这些症状均可自行缓解。

结论

这项回顾性观察性研究表明1064nm Nd:YAG激光三种治疗模式联合治疗黄褐斑具有良好的临床疗效、低复发率且不良反应发生概率低,有望成为临床治疗黄褐斑的一种新方案。
