摘要:随着社会的老龄化,阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者数量也在急速增加,给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。本文综述了AD的病因,特别是与AD相关的表观遗传学改变,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA改变。讨论了基于表观遗传变化特异性标志物的诊断试剂的开发,以及干预不良表观遗传因素变化治疗AD的尝试。以帮助人们理解表观遗传学与AD的关系,为人们探索AD的诊断和治疗策略提供指导。
