摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)目前仍然是全球死亡的主要原因之一。慢性炎症是COPD关键发病机制。因此,开发COPD炎症的有效治疗策略,对于降低COPD患病率、死亡率和总体负担至关重要。多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)因具有调节炎症的作用而受到关注,可能影响炎症相关疾病。本综述对COPD患者PUFAs的观察性和干预性研究进行评估,并阐明PUFAs影响COPD炎症的潜在机制。文献综合分析显示,PUFAsCOPD关联的证据有限且不一致。目前缺乏有力数据来确切证明n-3 PUFAsCOPD的生物学益处和临床疗效。因此,我们对当前研究进行系统评估,并建议未来开展广泛且严格的临床试验。此外,PUFAs及其衍生物可以通过直接参与、调节巨噬细胞极化以及影响膜生物物理学和信号转导,在COPD炎症引发和消退中发挥作用。尽管目前证据尚不明确,但我们认为有必要针对COPD患者加强PUFAs的临床试验和药物研发工作,以制定新的治疗策略。
