摘要:脂质代谢紊乱在糖尿病、癌症和神经退行性变等多种疾病中起着重要作用。近来研究显示,脂质代谢重要通路的改变能够促进包括慢阻肺在内的肺部疾病的发病。这些改变能够为肺组织提供所需能量,启动合成代谢通路,合成活性分子来参与炎症过程。在本综述中,我们总结了慢阻肺中脂质合成和分解代谢变化,脂质介质、脂质合成转录分子、胆固醇及磷脂等脂质分子的改变,并阐释这些脂质分子如何参与到炎症起始和消退的过程中。
