活体磁共振细胞成像检测兔门脉癌栓血供

目的:利用兔 VX2 模型,研究肝细胞肝癌常见并发症门静脉癌栓的血供情况。
方法与材料:提取外周血单核细胞,体外标记超顺磁性氧化铁。24 只兔子门静脉内植入 VX2 肿瘤组织,建立门脉癌栓模型。随机分成四组,每组 只,模型建立 天后,AB三组分别通过肝动脉、门静脉、耳缘静脉注入超顺磁性氧化铁标记的单核细胞,组经耳缘静脉注入生理盐水。天后行核磁共振扫描,测量 T2 加权像T2WIs上门脉癌栓的信号强度。
结果:ABC四组兔子门脉癌栓在 T2WI 图像上信号强度值分别为 241.400 172.350364.825),221.150203.775318.225),590.200363.325728.875  568.050474.725705.150)。组和 组的信号强度较 组和 组明显减低,数据具有统计学意义(组与 组比,U = 4.000p = 0.025组与 组比,U = 2.000p = 0.010组与 组比,U = 4.000p = 0.025组与 组比,U = 1.000p = 0.006),组和 组门脉癌栓信号强度值减低差异无统计学意义。
结论:本研究表明门静脉及肝动脉均对兔门静脉癌栓供血。
