摘要:老年性黄斑变性(Age-related macular degeneration,AMD)是一种致盲性眼病,其发病率随年龄增长而显著增加。AMD 的病因复杂,包括衰老、脂质代谢异常、慢性炎症和氧化应激等。长链多不饱和脂肪酸(long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids,LCPUFA)对眼部结构和功能至关重要。本文就 LCPUFA 对 AMD 中炎症的调节作用进行综述。LCPUFA 与衰老,自噬和慢性炎症有关。LCPUFA 被各种酶代谢为促炎和抗炎代谢物,这些代谢物响应氧化应激刺激炎症,引起先天和获得性免疫反应。本综述还讨论了可能的临床应用,为 AMD 及其他年龄相关性疾病的防治提供了新的靶点。
