摘要：指节垫是一种良性的角化性、纤维性增厚的皮肤病，其特征是表现为关节伸侧的局限性结节或斑块。指节垫一般无需治疗，但出于美观性问题不少患者希望进行干预治疗。然而，目前还没有针对指节垫的具体治疗方案。在这里，我们报告了一例使用克立硼罗软膏联合曲安奈德新霉素贴膏成功治疗指节垫的病例。这种简便、无创性 治疗方案可能是指节垫一种新的治疗选择。
