摘要:cGAS-STING 通路的激活与许多无菌性炎症和炎症有关。而急性肾损伤是一种由先天性免疫细胞激活诱发的非炎症性疾病,其机制主要涉及细胞内活性氧爆发、DNA 损伤,氧化和抗氧化能力失衡。近年来的研究表明,cGAS-STING 通路在急性肾损伤中发挥着重要作用,并可能作为未来治疗急性肾损伤的潜在靶点。本综述对 cGAS-STING 通路及其与急性肾损伤的关系进行了展望。
