Abstract: A 76-year-old male developed a maculopapular rash on his trunk and extremities. The rash appeared 2 months after Finasteride administration for his prostatic hyperplasia. Clinical suspicion was of drug exanthema due to Finasteride. The clinical and histologic data were compatible with pharmacologic eruption by Finasteride.
